One night in Jungle + one in the City
Day 1: Arrival in Iquitos and transfer to the Lodge in Jungle
Reception at the airport of the city of Iquitos. Transfer to our private pier to board our speed boat. Visit houseboats November to July. Navigating the Amazon River, observing the different villages. Typical drink upon arrival at Lodge. Allocation of private cabins and tour of the facilities. Walk through primary forest knowing flora and fauna. Typical lunch. Afternoon tour down the Amazon to find the gray and pink river dolphins. Visit riparian preserve family where some species of animals such as anacondas, sloths, turtles and more. Typical drinks with medicinal powers aphrodisiac. Sunset over the Amazon. Walk by night - insects, frogs, tarantulas etc. Dinner. Stories and myths of the forest. Dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Lodge - Iquitos
Morning tour and bird watching in their habitat, knowing the legendary Shansho Hoatzin. Breakfast. Visit the native group Yagua knowing their typical dress, dialect, way of life. Demonstration with Cerbatana or pucuna how to hunt birds and small monkeys. Participation of Tourists. Return to the Lodge and Typical lunch. Permanent guide. 3.00 PM Return to the city of Iquitos, transfers to hotel.
Day 3: City Tour – Transfer to the Airport.
Breakfast at the hotel, brief city walking tours, Plaza de Armas, Boulevard Tarapaca, The Mother Church, Amazon Museum. Free time for personal activities such as shopping and city tours. Time transfer to Airport. End of services.
